BooknewWay provides digital bookkeeping, accounting support, and financial organization solutions for freelancers, startups, and small to medium-sized businesses in Canada.
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 or older, or to duly authorized representatives of registered businesses. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Certain services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All engagements between BooknewWay and clients are governed by written agreements or digital confirmations outlining the scope, fees, and expected outcomes of the service.
All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and must be paid according to the terms stated on your invoice. Late or missed payments may result in service delays or additional charges.
Refunds are only available under limited circumstances, including:
If BooknewWay fails to deliver the agreed-upon service, or
If a billing error is made by BooknewWay. No refunds are provided for completed bookkeeping tasks, financial reports, or subscription-based services already rendered.
Clients may cancel booked consultations with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.
BooknewWay guarantees strict confidentiality of all financial data provided by clients. We comply fully with applicable Canadian privacy and data security laws.
BooknewWay relies on the information provided by clients. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data submitted by the client.
BooknewWay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
All materials, reports, software, and documentation provided by BooknewWay are owned by the company and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.
We may use third-party software to facilitate bookkeeping and accounting tasks. BooknewWay is not responsible for errors or downtime caused by third-party platforms.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of our services complies with applicable tax and business laws. BooknewWay provides guidance but does not act as a legal representative.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Alberta.
BooknewWay reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
